CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid being charged the full session fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, will be charged in full unless due to unexpected illness or emergency.

Therapy, or counseling, can provide a space for symptom management, healing, reflection, and growth. It focuses on understanding how past experiences, symptoms, and emotional patterns may be influencing your mental health, well-being or relationships. Therapy is often most appropriate for diagnosing and treating mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or other psychological challenges. I am only licensed to provide psychotherapy to residents of Colorado.

Coaching, however, is an action-oriented, goal focused process. It centers on clarifying goals, identifying obstacles, and developing practical, accessible strategies for meaningful personal or relational change. Through individual or relationship coaching, we focus on communication, connection, and intentional steps to support the relational or individual growth you are craving. Coaching services are available to clients in Colorado, across the United States, and internationally.

When we begin working together, we’ll take time to explore your current needs and hopes. Together, we’ll determine whether therapy or coaching is the best fit for what you’re seeking. My goal is to ensure you receive the right kind of support—so you can grow, heal, and thrive both individually and in your relationships.

I’ve made the intentional choice not to work directly with insurance companies in order to provide the highest level of care, privacy, and flexibility for my clients. Insurance often requires a mental health diagnosis and can place limits on the number, frequency, or type of sessions covered. This can interfere with the natural pace and depth of the therapeutic process. By not involving insurance, we are free to focus on what matters most including your goals, your healing, and your growth, without having to fit your experience into a predetermined box. Ultimately, this approach allows me to work directly for you, not an insurance company. I believe that your wellbeing deserves the time, space, and attention it needs—on your terms.

If you have out-of-network benefits and it is applicable to the work we are engaged in, I’m happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Please note that coaching is not a health care service and thus cannot be submitted for reimbursement.

Under the federal No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your services. I am committed to fee transparency and will always inform you of session costs and any changes in advance. You may request a written estimate at any time. There will be no surprise billing.
