Welcome to a space where you don’t have to shrink.

If you have ever felt like a misfit, if you’ve been burned by therapy before, or if you’ve struggled to find anyone who truly understands the weight of your inner world—there is a place for you here.

I am not interested in helping you shrink, conform, or show up as others expect you to. I am here to support you in unearthing the parts of yourself long forgotten or never known. My hope is to help you see that the world needs more of you, not less. You deserve to take up space. You deserve to live as your truest self. You deserve love, connection, and belonging.

If you need a therapist or coach who understands that you don’t always have the capacity for eye contact, that you might get lost in your thoughts, need to fidget, or need extra time to process—I am here.

If you need a space to untangle your inner world without masking, I am here for you. I hold no expectations or judgment of how you “should” be—only unwavering support for who you are and where you want to go.

This same philosophy anchors my work with relationships. Relationship therapy doesn’t have to mean forcing two unique people into a rigid, one-size-fits-all box. Whether you are navigating neurodivergent love, trying to break out of painful communication loops, or rewriting the rules of your relationship to fit who you actually are, I am here to help you build a partnership rooted in deep understanding, safety, and mutual respect.

This work is sacred, and it is an immense privilege that I do not take lightly. I know how vulnerable it feels to trust someone with your deepest insecurities and the quiet dreams you hold for yourself. If you’re ready, let’s go together.

I am currently accepting new clients virtually and in-person in Arvada!
