My general therapy philosophy.

Hi, I’m Brittany Stewart (she/her). I’m so glad you’re here. If you’re reaching out, I know it’s possible that you have been noticing whispers (or perhaps roars) telling you that something in your world needs attention and meaningful change. Here’s my invitation to you to lean in, trust yourself and give yourself this space. My hope is that this work feels like a compassionate space where you’re seen, you know that you matter and where you can explore your story, reclaim your voice, and connect your personal and relational healing and growth to something bigger. While my work with clients integrates evidenced-based practices, adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices, it is also rooted in collaboration, social justice and feminism. Whether you are looking to strengthen your relationship, create meaningful change in your life, or improve your mental health and relationship with yourself, there is a place for you here. I offer individual and couples therapy to residents of Colorado and Relationship and Life Coaching across the US and Internationally. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Colorado and received my MA in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2018 from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. I am a Colorado Native and in my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and two sweet (wild) boys, getting outside, reading, spending time in community and getting involved where I can. I am an introvert by nature and yet this work calls me into vulnerability and I hope to meet you there.
I am currently accepting new clients virtually!
